QMS uses the process approach, systematic identification and management of activities/processes that are employed through, a sequential process of Plan-Do- Check –Act (PDCA) cycle.

All the group companies has its own in-house and a well equipped laboratory duly recognized and competent by Directorate of Vegetable Oils Product exclusively devoted to the analytical work pertaining to oils.

Quality Control of Inputs
All raw materials and chemicals used for the manufacture are procured from well-established and reputed manufacturers and accepted/taken on the basis of standard quality parameters. The quality of all incoming raw materials, chemicals and packing materials are ascertained by analysis of samples collected regularly from all consignments following analytical procedures as per specifications for the respective material. A full-fledged emphasis is being laid down on procuring goods of consistent quality.
